Hello! I am an artist and an expert grant writer—over $5 million for social justice & community projects, and counting. My strengths are seeing the heart of a vision and communicating that to people of influence in a way that motivates action—through words, budgets, and graphics. Because of the nature of my process (and frankly how I want to use my life energy) I only write for projects that move the world towards an inclusive and creative world. I am excited to work together.

Discuss a scope & budget

Before beginning our work together I will provide an estimate. If you have a fixed budget I can suggest what work I think would be most impactful to do together and stay within your budget. Usually, subsequent funding proposals take less time as I get to know your work and we find a shared voice.

Create a shared understanding

The engagement letter will include project(s), timeline and important deadlines, rates, and any budgetary constraints.

Support your work as a creative leader

I will ask questions to understand the heart of your work and apply my skills to building successful grant and other proposals to fund your work—and keep you focused on the work you do best. Depending on your needs and our scope of work, this may include:
